Here’s another profile of folks from the Accelerated Business Connections lead sharing group. We meet the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday of each month.
This week’s blog post is about my friend Marty Block, President of Kesem Technology. Marty started his computer career in 1980, when ten megabytes was more disk space than anyone would ever use, and 64 megabytes of ram was more than enough memory to launch a manned trip into outer space.
Marty has always worked on the customer service side in the computer industry. He has been a trainer, salesman, programmer, and for ten years prior to helping start Kesem, was IT director for a large multinational membership group in Washington. He earned his computer science degree in 1993 from The University of Maryland.
He started Kesem because he didn’t want to work for ‘that guy who’s an @!*&# ‘ and committed to not BEING the boas who was that guy for his employees. Marty wants Kesem to be the one-stop-shop for network support and common sense advice on information systems and technology for its customers. He also wants customer to understand he is only a maniac when it comes to customer satisfaction. You can reach Kesem Technology at firstname.lastname@example.org.
